First Advisory is a registered, legal entity with wide experience in corporate banking, capital markets, finance, and legal advisory. In recent times, our works evolved around corporate finance advisory services and private wealth advisory services. Our key strength is network and experience. All of us have at least 15-20 years in banking, capital markets and legal advisory services.

Suzanna Hutabarat
Managing Director

Suzanna has been in capital markets and banking services for total of 17 years. Her initial career debut was with PT. Niaga Securities in 1991 (then in affiliation with Barclays de Zoete Wedd/Bank Niaga) as Corporate Finance Officer and fixed income trader. Followed by a move to an international institution, Schroders Merchant Banking, based in Singapore. Having survived the 1998 Asian crisis, she then worked for local investment banking houses in Jakarta, namely PT. Sucorinvest and lastly with PT. Peak Securities from 2004 to 2006 as Associate Director. Suzanna graduated with MBA from De Montford University in Leicester, UK.

Ian Tibble
Risk Management

Ian has worked with some of the biggest names in the world of financial and IT services and consulting, and in the process has lived and worked in 15 different countries on 4 different continents. The majority of Ian's post-2000 risk management experience was with Verizon Business and PricewaterhouseCoopers, where his clients were big banking names from Thailand and Singapore, plus others around the region from Australia, Indonesia, Malaysia, Hong Kong, and Taiwan. Prior to 2000, Ian worked with IBM Global Services, working with various Square Mile clients in London.
